New Listings – 25; Escrows – 12; Solds – 13 Incline Village/Crystal Bay MLS. New Listings – 4; Escrows – 2; Solds – 3 East Shore, NV MLS. New Listings – 3; Escrows – 0; Solds – 2 Reno/Sparks MLS. New Listings – 112; Escrows – 89; Solds – 108 Seems like things were a bit quieter this week, possibly a reflection of upcoming elections. However, one lakefront on the West Shore listed at $17.9M went to escrow, and there’s a ‘coming soon’ at $21.5 in Brockway that I have big questions about. I know the property pretty well and, at least for now, don’t buy into that price. Another lakefront just before Meeks Bay, yet to be built but approved, came on the market for $17M, expected to be finished in 2024.
