Greetings Fellow Life Travelers:
Traveling by commercial plane can have its downside, as in getting the crud the day after you get home. No covid, but a PITA just the same. Hate it when there’s no energy and all I want to do is hug the bed. So, spent the week doing just that, finally starting to pull out of it on Saturday. On the good news, Dancer had a great time and, for those who remember her episodes burying Lamb Chop when she was younger, she went right for her favorite toy the minute we got home. Now, onto what happened in real estate this last week.
Residential Real Estate – week 3/22 – 3/28

New inventory is increasing in most areas, part of moving into spring and giving clients new and more choices! Reno had a nice $4.595 Million go to escrow, and Crystal Bay had a $12.9 Million lakefront go into contract!
