Some new action in the market this week, so let’s take a look.

- Tahoe Sierra MLS – North/West Shores & Truckee. New Listings – 38; Escrows – 32; Solds – 21
- Incline Village/Crystal Bay MLS. New Listings – 9; Escrows – 10; Solds – 7
- East Shore, NV MLS. New Listings – 6; Escrows – 5; Solds – 4
- Reno/Sparks MLS. New Listings – 130; Escrows – 127; Solds – 74
Tahoe Sierra had new presentation for the Andrews property in Brockway, combining all 4 lakefront parcels at $38.25M, or 2 of the 4 at $24.75M and the other 2 at $14.5M. Martis Camp had two properties listed at $12.545M and $11.994M go to escrow. One small lakefront in Meeks Bay listed at $3,675M went to escrow. For Incline/Crystal Bay, the lakefront listed at $50M sold for $47.5M, same price it sold for three years ago. And, Stillwater Cove had a 2 BR condo list at $4.713M. On the East Shore, Chase listed three parts of the Shakespeare Ranch, one at $18M, one at $21M and one at $35M. A lakefront in Skyland sold for $10.55M. In the Carson Valley, John Asquaga’s beautiful ranch listed by Chase at $15M sold over-asking at $18M.
