Trinkie Watson is an award-winning Tahoe lakefront broker consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally. For more than 40 years, she has been a leader in sales throughout the Tahoe region, earning the respect of both clients and colleagues across California and Nevada. Highly regarded in the Bay Area, 90% of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients, a testament to her integrity and results.
A San Francisco native and descendant of the John Breuner family, Trinkie’s roots extend back four generations. After establishing her real estate career at Lake Tahoe, she became the original Broker for Stillwater Cove in Crystal Bay, Nevada, in 1980, setting a standard for luxury representation in the area. Her proven expertise and innovative marketing have led to the sale of over 100 lakefront properties, along with numerous Sierra Valley ranches, mountain cabins, and legacy luxury estates.
