Daffodils and blossom trees are blooming, with hope that incoming weather – rain? snow? both? – will not kill them off! By now I think everyone is resigned to accept spring, leaving skiing behind. Landscape contracts are out for signing, and it may not be long before water gets turned on. Photo below shows part of 1000 daffodils waiting to be installed by an interior design friend who staged the tables for Achieve Tahoe’s fund-raising lunch at Alpine Meadows on Saturday. Lakefront Update: Tahoe Sierra has 8 active, 3 in escrow and 2 sold so far this year. Incline has 1 active in Crystal Bay, none in escrow and 2 sold. Also, this week an off-market Incline estate sold privately for $125 Million…Wow! East shore has 7 active, 1 in escrow and 1 sold so far this year.
