A site once home to a motel is being thoughtfully reimagined as Tahoe Truckee Collective, a new community planned with four buildings, residences and ground-floor commercial space.

It's an example of infill development that adds much-needed housing while keeping residents connected to Downtown Truckee, local businesses, recreation, jobs and transportation.
