Tahoe Update October 18th

Tahoe Update October 18th

Greetings Fellow Life Travelers:

Has this happened to you?  I had this Update done – and saved I thought - except for the stats, and the entire thing vanished so here we go again.  Gorgeous weekend before temps drop as we head toward winter.  More socializing this week with another dinner at Savoie, this time the scrumptious hamburger along with those amazing fries and a special salad.  Then dinner at The Lodge (Tahoe Donner) that got a new chef this summer…delicious fish tacos and a little crème brulé. Saturday was the annual Knights of the Vine dinner at excellent Sierra Street Kitchen in Reno where we had the restaurant to ourselves. Special game selection and fabulous wines from a small family winery in Calistoga.  Saturday also had a showing on one of my lakefront listings – perfect day for it.  Real estate is a bit quiet, tho not dead.  Interest rates aren’t helping and I’m seeing available properties increase.  Let’s see what the week did.
